The goal of Jericho Specialized Entry Training LLC is to provide on-site practical training in lock picking and subtle breeching techniques for law enforcement officers including detectives, tactical personnel, patrol officers, supervisors, and any other people in sworn law enforcement positions.

Students will find practical application of their newly acquired skills in situations such as welfare checks, building searches, probation and parole searches, search warrant service, arrest warrant service, securing businesses, vehicle searches, young children (and even pets) locked in cars, vehicle lock-outs (including patrol cars), and more.

Departments can benefit through a decrease in civil actions resulting from property damage. Additionally, departments may see increased productivity of officers who no longer need to wait for a business owner to secure their property at "false alarm" calls caused by doors or windows left unsecured during stormy nights. Furthermore, on "check welfare" calls officers need not stand by for a family member, friend, manager, or caretaker "coming with a key", or cause property damage and risk injury attempting to force entry into a residence or business.

Training is accomplished in two eight-hour days with PLENTY of hands-on activity for students. All necessary tools are provided for student's use during class. Numerous types and styles of locks are available to provide realistic, real-world practice. Upon successful completion of the class students will receive 16 hours of Arizona POST continuing education and training credit and a free basic lockpick set. Furthermore, at the conclusion of the class there is an opportunity to purchase additional tools from a wide selection of picks, vehicle entry kits, deluxe kits, plug spinners, core pullers, bypass tools, and many, many more.

NOTE: You must be a sworn officer or reserve to attend this training. Civilian employees of police departments who have gone through a background check MAY be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Sorry, NO private security will be allowed.
