NOTICE- You MUST be a sworn officer, reserve, or Military Special Forces to attend this training.
Civilian employees of police departments who have gone through a background check MAY be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Sorry, NO private security will be allowed. Background checked civilian government employees may register for and attend the Emergency Vehicle Entry class.
Cancellation/Payment Policy: Registered students who desire to drop/cancel their position in the class must do so in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of three weeks (21 days) prior to the start of class or they may be charged the full registration price and/or be required to pre-pay for future classes. This is necessary so that potential students have ample time to fill the vacated position. Please be aware that no-call / no show registrants will not be allowed in subsequent classes without paying immediately upon registration for the class. *ALL students are ultimately financially responsible for payment of training fees should problems arise with their preferred method of payment. Please be advised that ALL funds for training are due by no later than the start of class. No funds or proof of payment means no class.
Phoenix, AZ Police Officers: Classes HOSTED BY PLEA may be attended and DIRECT PAYMENT may be made to PLEA. Additionally, officers may pay for classes by cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard up front and request reimbursement from the City of Phoenix upon receiving a receipt from PLEA on the first day of class. Classes that do not say "HOSTED BY PLEA" are NOT eligible for use of Blue Card training funds. (The complete list of classes may be viewed on our Training Schedule page.)
