have been to a course similar to this years ago, however, your course was much more comprehensive and up-to-date. The way you took the students who did not have any experience in picking locks from A to Z was spot-on. Your Power Point presentation was stimulating and not an overkill, which many are. Where do I start? With 11 years of law enforcement experience, most of which being SWAT related, this was one of the most informative, useful “hands-on” training experiences that I have ever taken part in. The manner in which the training and instruction was presented was perfectly balanced between “lecture” and “practical exercises”. The varying degree of difficulty of the locks, made for both rewarding and frustrating moments, but I could not have asked for anything better because that’s what we are going to encounter in the real world.  I also have to mention that I am still astounded that Dan held this class for just two of us traveling from out-of-state. If this isn’t an indication of dedication, I don’t know what is.”

The instructor was able to help anyone who needed assistance and his knowledge was off the charts. I’ve been able to assist several people with getting back into their homes after accidently locking themselves out.

A lot of training seminars especially skill based really turn into “look how great I am, look what I can do” there was none of this.
